Online Search for Worcester County Felony Records

The state court portal at masscourts.org lets you search Worcester County felony cases at no cost. Select Superior Court, then choose Worcester County. If you need a complete picture of someone's criminal history in Worcester County, check each relevant district court on masscourts.org or make a direct inquiry to the clerk's offices. This matters most when looking for felony arraignment records, which start at the district court level before being transferred to Superior Court.

For historical cases not on the online system, you can submit a Massachusetts Court Archives Information Request Form. The court clerk can tell you whether a specific case has been transferred to archival storage and how to access it.

When searching Worcester County felony records, try masscourts.org first with the defendant's name and the court location. If results are unclear, contact the Worcester Superior Court clerk directly for help.
